Philadelphia is where Mr. Maxim grew up, and it has some of the most beautiful murals in the world. Murals are big paintings on the sides of homes and buildings. Check out this mural:

Some of the murals are painted on the sides of famous buildings, but most of them are painted on the sides of ordinary houses, like this one:
